The International Symposium of Contamination Control 2010, ISCC2010, (2010 Symposium of the International Confederation of Contamination Control Societies (ICCCS)) was held in Tower Hall Funabori, Tokyo, Japan on October 5-9, 2010, organized by the Japan Air Cleaning Association and closed with great success. The proceedings of ISCC2010 contains papers presented in the symposium, which are the plenary and technical sessions related to cleanrooms and contamination control such as ISO/TC209, Airborne molecular contamination, Decontamination, Design, Utilities, Operation, Particle filters, Surface contamination, Biological cleanroom, Hospital, Indoor air qualities, VOC, Microorganism, Evaluation. The oral or poster presentations exceeding 100 were conducted in the parallel sessions. About 240 members around the world participate the symposium and made international collaboration. We thank all of you who have participated and committed to the organization of this Symposium. | |
